Sepertinya FDR XR udah emang kelewatan parah banget kempesnya, akhirnya kemarin joule harus mengganti Ban belakang demi keselamatan dalam bersepeda motor. Udah dari minggu kemarin cari info di Kaskus dan toko aksesori tentang harga2x ban tubeless berbagai merk. Dilihat dari situs FDR www.fdrtire.com sepertinya udah ada lagi model baru untuk ban racing, dan kembang nya memang lebih bagus lagi. Cuman sayank FDR ini memang “For Race Only” kalo buat harian waduh kacau dech. Agustus tahun kmrn joule beli ban FDR XT dan XR sepasang harganya 500 rebu, kalo gak salah waktu itu ban ini masih baru karena blom banyak yang jual. Karena tertarik dgn “groove” nya akhir nya joule ambil. Selama pemakaian berjalan ban ini memang bagus sekali cuman karena “soft compund” nilai yang harus di bayarkan seimbang. Kapok dech pake FDR lagi memang bagus cuman untuk pake harian memang harus mikir2x lagi, apalagi untuk style.

tanya sana - sini, katanya yoko 100/80-17 juga bagus, apalagi “groove” nya seperti BT-39 yawda cobain dech buat Shogun SP ane. Pertama waktu mo pasang ragu karena ban ini kan lumayan lebar, cuman orang toko kasih kesempatan, kalo misalkan gak cocok pake ukuran ini leh lepas dan pake ukuran 90/80-17 dan ternyata masuk. Lumayan gagah juga hasilnya.

Microsoft has recently decided to supply every Windows Server 2008 test version with the same major revision number. This number, also known as the Build number, is used often to distinguish test versions. When submitting a bug or asking a question in the TechNet forums you might even get asked for it. (or at least get asked for the ‘name’ of the version)

Major, minor and revisions

Windows versions can be identified using their Major version, their Minor version and their revision. Under the hood all Microsoft Windows versions have this unique combination of numbers. Looking at the Windows NT family of products you can clearly see these combinations when you invoke winver.exe and examine the second line of output:

Windows NT 4 Server	4.0 (Build 1381)
Windows 2000 Server	5.0 (Build 2195)
Windows Server 2003	5.2 (Build 3790)

Clearly Windows NT 4 Server is major version 4 with minor version 0. Both Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003 are major version 5 of Windows NT. They have different minor versions. Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 are both version 6.0 of Windows NT. (They share the same codebase.)

Hm sebelum akhir tahun 2007 abis gak ada salahnya inget lagi masa lalu, sebelum intel Core 2 Duo pastinya ada Intel MMX sebelum Windows Vista tentunya ada Windows 3.11. Ini ada beberapa hal yang joule masih ingat dulu tahun 90-an waktu joule belajar komputer.

1. Pertama kali lihat komputer bingung kok ada tombol “Turbo”
2. Menggunakan Windows 3.11 dan Amipro untuk ngetik
3. Tau Wordstar namun gak pernah pake Wordstar
4. Suka banget baca majalah Mikrodata terutama rubrik “Virus” (hayo masih inget gak)
5. Disket ukuran 5″ untuk simpan hasil ketikan.
6. Maxell, Verbatim merek Disket yang sering di dengar
7. iklan Intel Pentium II yang isinya orang pake baju angkasa (masih inget gak)
8. Windows 95 yang waktu itu sangat laku keras
9. Blue Screen Of Death di Windows
10. Prince of persia, Doom, Wolfenstein 3D game yang bisa jalan lewat “DOS”
11. “Net Send” untuk kirim pesan di network Novell Netware
12. Untuk koneksi jaringan menggunakan kabel Coaxial dan system Token Ring

Sabtu kemarin joule baru saja abis jalan ke Senayan City untuk servis HP joule SE K790i di Sony Ericsson Service Center yang belakangan ini sering mati sendiri karena garansi udah abis jadi terpaksa harus bayar jasa servis Rp.100.000 nah abis dari situ joule pergi ke store sebelahnya yaitu iBox.

Menarik banget notebook dari Apple ini. Hm pelayanan dari iBox di senayan city cukup baik dan mereka menjelaskan kelebihan dari produk mereka. Kebetulan tahun depan joule berencana (baru rencana) mo beli Mac Book, sekalian dech lihat2x Mac Book ini.

Kalo dari line productnya seperti-nya ada segment untuk MacBook dan MacBook Pro jadi MacBook untuk seri Low-end dan MacBook Pro untuk High-End. nah dari sisi harga sepertinya menjelaskan segment ini diluar spesifikasi yang cukup berbeda.

Untuk MacBook harganya juga variatif, dari 11,34 Jt s/d 15,59 Jt ini harga kemarin joule tanya di iBox Senayan City. Wah kalo lihat spek MacBook looks like gak jauh beda dengan yang joule gunakan saat ini NEC Versa P7200. Mulai dari Intel Core 2 Duo, 1280 x 800 screen resolution, Combo Drive, 80 GB yang kebanyakan similiar. Untuk spek MacBook ini harganya 11,34 Jt dan kalo dilihat dengan harga segitu udah bisa nebus notebook yang speknya lebih bagus dari MacBook yang ada dipasaran saat ini. Okay itu dari harga sekarang joule juga harus tau kemampuan dari MacBook ini, dilihat dari kemampuan konektifitasnya sepertinya terbatas sekali, tidak adanya PCMCIA atau Express Card, Port VGA yang berbeda dari Notebook pada umumnya, Port USB yang juga terbatas, sepertinya ini jadi bahan pertimbangan. Notebook saat ini sepertinya cukup lengkap kemampuan konektifitasnya, dari Express Card, Card reader, IEEE 1396 Port, 4 USB 2.0 dan DVI Port. Dari konektifitas MacBook masih kalah dibanding notebook yang kugunakan saat ini. Sekarang ke OS yang ada di MacBook ini adalah yang versi leopard, yang joule gunakan saat ini Windows Vista Business edition, karena joule seorang developer .Net sepertinya perlu effort lagi untuk buat MacBook ini bisa menjalankan Visual Studio, pertama joule harus setup BootCamp lalu setup partisinya dan install Windows, kemarin sales iBox bilang untuk tetap buat partisi Leopard tetap besar karena jika kecil akan membuat Leopard menjadi lambat (kok bisa ya lucu juga) dan lagi karena pertimbangan joule penggunaan sehari2x untuk development so i think MacBook dengan harga dan yang ditawarkan Notebook ini gak sebanding ada seri MacBook Black namun harganya sepertinya gak lucu dech, 15,59 Jt!!! setelah dilihat perbedaannya hanya di warna nya yang “hitam” dan hard drive yang lebih besar, 160 GB namun sepertinya harga hard drive 160 GB gak mungkin mahal sekali kan. Menurut joule dengan penggunaan Intel Chipset dan Prosesor harusnya harga yang ditawarkan Apple untuk MacBook mereka bisa lebih reasonable lagi, namun sepertinya hal ini gak mungkin terjadi dan apple akan memposisikan MacBook mereka dengan image yang mereka buat. Kemarin juga joule mencoba menjalankan aplikasi MacBook seperti iGarage dan Microsoft Excel for Mac. Sepertinya “lemot” terutama untuk Excelnya dibanding Excel 2007 yang berjalan di Vista joule saat ini, loading timenya lebih lama

Informasi yang joule dapat kemarin sabtu tentang MacBook ini cukup lengkap dan setelah merasakan langsung penggunaannya joule dengan yakin melangkah keluar dari iBox dan yakin gak akan membeli MacBook karena joule tidak membeli logo “Apple” yang digigit dan nyala tapi membeli kemampuan sebuah notebook untuk keperluan sehari2x joule. Lagi pula Mac OSx sendiri dapat berjalan di Intel notebook selain MacBook tentunya dengan sedikit modifikasi, hm nanti joule akan review Mac OSx modifikasi ini segera setelah joule upgrade hard drive notebook ku
